We hope you love your Gloverall purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

Label and Post

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
